How do I start a trade on GO! Trade?

Getting started is simple! First, create a free account. Once registered, you can browse existing listings by game or item type. When you find an item you want to trade for, click the listing to see the seller's contact information (Discord, Messenger, etc.) and reach out to them directly to discuss the trade. You can also post your own listings to let others know what you have and what you're looking for. Check out our Safe Trading Guide before your first trade for tips on staying protected.

Is trading on GO! Trade free?

Yes! Creating an account and posting listings on GO! Trade is completely free of charge. We do not charge trading fees, listing fees, or commissions on trades. The platform is supported by Google AdSense advertisements displayed on the site. You can use all core trading features — including posting listings, browsing items, sending trade offers, and messaging — at no cost.

What should I do if I suspect someone is a scammer?

Stop the trade immediately and do not send any items. Take screenshots of all conversations, the trader's profile URL, and any suspicious messages. Then:

1. Use the Report User button on their profile or listing to report them directly within GO! Trade.
2. Email [email protected] with your screenshots and the user's profile link.
3. Warn the community by posting in relevant gaming forums or Discord servers (with evidence).
4. If the trade involved Steam items, report the account to Valve via Steam Support.

Which games are supported on GO! Trade?

GO! Trade currently supports trading for Monopoly GO and UNO Mobile, with more titles being added regularly based on community demand. We aim to cover a wide range of mobile and PC games where players actively trade items, stickers, cards, and cosmetics. If you'd like to see a specific game added, please let us know through this contact form or by emailing [email protected] — we do prioritize requests from the community!

How can I report a user or a listing?

You can report a suspicious user or listing in two ways:

In-platform: Each listing and user profile has a Report option. Click it, select the reason (e.g., scam, fake listing, inappropriate content), and submit. Our moderation team will review reports typically within 24–48 hours.

By email: For urgent reports or reports with detailed evidence (screenshots, conversation logs), email [email protected]. Please include the reported user's profile URL, what happened, and any supporting screenshots. We take all reports seriously and act quickly on confirmed violations.

Can I trade items from any game, or only supported games?

Currently, GO! Trade is structured around officially supported games listed in our game selector. Listings can only be posted under a supported game category. This structure helps keep items organized, searchable, and relevant to active trading communities. We are continuously expanding our supported game list. If your game isn't listed yet, request it via the contact form and we'll review adding it.

Is GO! Trade affiliated with any game companies like Valve or Mattel?

No. GO! Trade is a completely independent, third-party community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer, including Valve Corporation, Scopely, Mattel163, Hasbro, Epic Games, or any other company. All game names, logos, and item names referenced on our platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please send the request from the email address associated with your account. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 14 business days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
