Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using go-trade.trade (the "Platform"), operated by GO! Trade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise accessing any part of GO! Trade, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
GO! Trade is an independent, community-driven marketplace platform designed exclusively for the listing, trading, and exchange of virtual in-game items and cosmetic skins. The Platform enables users to:
- Post listings for in-game items they wish to trade or offer
- Browse listings posted by other community members
- Connect with potential trade partners via their provided contact information
- Build a trading reputation through the community commendation system
GO! Trade facilitates introductions between traders. We are not a party to any trade, transaction, or agreement made between users. All trades are arranged and executed entirely between users, outside the GO! Trade platform.
3. User Accounts
To access most features of GO! Trade, you must create a free account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not create multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or item descriptions
- Impersonate another user, moderator, or any real or fictional person
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other users in any way
- Post or share offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content
- Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Use the Platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's technical systems
- Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful code or content
- Manipulate the Platform's reputation system through fake commendations or coordinated abuse
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
5. Content & Listings
You retain ownership of the content you post (item descriptions, images, etc.). By posting content on GO! Trade, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and process that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings are accurate and do not violate these Terms, applicable laws, or any third-party rights. GO! Trade reserves the right to remove any listing or content that violates these Terms, at any time and without notice.
6. Trades, Transactions & Risk
GO! Trade is a platform for connecting traders — we do not process, verify, guarantee, or insure any trade or transaction. All trades are conducted entirely at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee that any listed item is accurately described, authentic, or deliverable.
- We do not guarantee that any user will complete a trade they have agreed to.
- We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from trades arranged through the Platform.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by external scams, phishing attacks, or fraudulent behavior by third parties, even if introduced through our Platform.
Always verify trade partners thoroughly before completing any transaction. Never send items without receiving the agreed items in return. GO! Trade strongly recommends reading our Safe Trading Guide before making your first trade.
7. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on GO! Trade — including listings, pricing data, blog articles, community discussions, or any other content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. In-game items and virtual goods are not financial instruments or investments.
Any market data, price estimates, or trends discussed on the Platform are for informational and community purposes only. GO! Trade does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee the value of any in-game item. The virtual goods market is speculative and unpredictable. Do not make financial decisions based on information found on this Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The GO! Trade platform, its original design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of GO! Trade and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All game titles, item names, logos, characters, and trademarks referenced on this Platform — including but not limited to CS2, Dota 2, Team Fortress 2, Monopoly GO, and UNO Mobile — are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those rights holders.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO! TRADE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ITEMS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Termination
GO! Trade reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that you have violated these Terms or that your presence poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform.
You may also delete your own account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify registered users via email or a platform announcement. Your continued use of GO! Trade after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
